- Incorrect Customization: If the final product does not match the approved design specifications, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos, videos, and unboxing video). We will replace the item at no additional cost.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Customer-Approved Designs or Orders: Once a customer approves the design or confirms the order for customization, the product cannot be returned or cancelled under any circumstances, except in cases of incorrect customization as described above.
- Customized Products: Orders processed for customization after order confirmation are non-returnable and non-cancellable, unless defective or incorrect as per the above conditions.
- Minor Variations: Returns will not be accepted for minor variations in color, size, or print due to manufacturing processes or material characteristics.
